Some vacations can be planned with just a few emails, phone calls, or a consultation, and our planning services are complimentary. This includes tropical and all-inclusive resorts, ocean and river cruises, and escorted small group and family tours.
If you'd like to customize your trip by adding airfare, pre- or post-tour accommodations, car rentals, private transfers, or personalized sightseeing and experiences, a trip planning fee may apply. When applicable, we'll create a complete, customized itinerary and provide all of your travel documents, so all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy the journey.

For custom international itineraries involving multiple destinations, our trip planning fee starts at $295. These journeys often include multiple flights, rail travel, car rentals, hotels, villas or apartment stays, private transfers, and carefully selected tours and experiences tailored to your interests. Every itinerary is thoughtfully planned and presented in a comprehensive, easy-to-follow travel itinerary designed to make your journey seamless from start to finish.
